George M. White, M.D.
Dr. White, a Maryland native, received both his undergraduate and medical degree from Johns Hopkins University. He completed 2 years of general surgery and an additional 3 years of orthopedic residency at Hopkins. He then went on to the National Hand Institute, where he completed a fellowship in Hand and Microvascular Surgery.
Dr. White is board certified in Orthopedics with added certification in Surgery of the Hand.
Dr. White was named one of the top 10 shoulder surgeons in the United States by Becker's ASC Review. His practice is routinely listed as one of the top hand surgery practices in the Southeast by insurance panels and physician review groups.
Jason Pirozzolo, D.O.
Dr. Pirozzolo completed his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Ohio State University and his residency at Duke University, where he cared for the student-athletes for both universities. He is currently an Assistant Clinical Professor at Florida State University College of Medicine, and is active in both the American College of Sports Medicine and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
When not in clinic, Dr. Pirozzolo is a regular volunteer at Shepherd's Hope community clinic and also enjoys flying airplanes, specifically Citation Jets.
Dr. Pirozzolo is certified in Sports Medicine with extensive experience in non-surgical orthopedic sports medicine and trauma.
Awards and Honors
Dr. Pirozzolo is the Vice Chairman of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority, and serves on the PAC Board of Directors for the Florida Medical Association. He was recently appointed to the Council on Legislation for the Florida Medical Association where he will help to direct the state's medical legislation to better serve Florida patients and physicians. In 2011, Dr. Pirozzolo had two publications accepted for presentation at the 58th American College of Sports Medicine Annual Conference and the 2nd World Congress on Exercise is Medicine, which were published in the journal Medicine and Science in Sport and Exercise. p>
